  7. Eligibility requires:

    • Acceptance of these terms

    • Completion of conditions stated
    • Compliance with Indian laws
  8. Unless stated, offers apply to all order modes.
  9. Discount code rules will be mentioned in the offer details.
  10. Offers can't be combined unless otherwise mentioned.
  11. Discounts typically don’t apply to shipping unless stated.
  12. If a gift is offered, it will be sent once and must be returned if the order is canceled.

If you receive a damaged, defective, wrong, or size-mismatched product, you may return it. Items must be unused and in original condition with packaging and labels intact.

Return requests must be made within 15 days of delivery (3 days for suits/blazers). Pickups take 4–7 working days. Refunds are processed within 25–30 working days.

Exchange Only Policy (for Special Offers)

Products under special offers are not eligible for returns, only exchanges (subject to stock availability) under these conditions:

  • Product is defective or damaged
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Size issue
Return & Support Process

Contact us at +91 7002031876 or email support@topexindia.com within 15 days of delivery. Share order number, reason for return, and pictures (and video, if possible) of unboxing for wrong items.

Refund Policy

Refunds are initiated only if the item is out of stock or confirmed as defective by Topex’s quality team. Processing begins within 2–3 days of request approval and will be completed within 7–10 working days based on payment method.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order within 24 hours for a full refund. Partial cancellations are not allowed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or via NEFT in case of COD orders.

Special Note

Products from our Accessories section, or Vests, Briefs, Boxers, Thermals, are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect. Please do not dispatch items before receiving a return approval email.
